As I’m sure most of you know, Hurricane Isaac hit the Gulf Coast of Louisiana/Mississippi last week. A LOT of areas were devastated by flooding and I feel awful for everyone who was impacted.
However in my little corner of the state, we weren’t as bad off (thankfully). I think people here over-reacted a little (better to be safe than sorry) but thankfully, all was well! Even though businesses and schools were closed, we still made time for a beach workout!
Love it!
We had a nice gusty wind which added a little resistance to our run.
Our run was uneventful as was the core workout afterwards (even though a few people decided to sing Twinkle Twinkle Little Star while doing crunches…hmmmm…..).
However, despite everything….we were clearly not impressed…..
