Does anyone else become as excited about Fall as I do? The colors, a chill in the air – cooler running weather, leaves changing, the promise of Christmas on the horizon…I absolutely love Fall.
Despite a lack of “chill” in the air here in Southwest Louisiana (which probably won’t arrive until late October/early November), I decided to decorate anyway. Even though we don’t actually celebrate ghosts/goblins/witches/etc. in our house, I love pumpkins…especially Mickey pumpkins!

This Cinderella pumpkin coach is hands down my favorite Fall décor item, and it sits above the windowsill near the fireplace!

DeleteEverything looks beautiful Karen! We do decorate for fall here, but I refuse to put out a pumpkin or a mum until at least the middle of September ( that's when our town has its annual Harvest Festival). As long as the weather is still warm, I guess I am in denial and don't want Summer to end... Haha. Nice job with your decorations!

DeleteI have decorated for Fall in my office. I have window clings and small pumpkins to mark the changing of the seasons. It's wishful thinking right now, but I know that cool weather will come (at some point).

DeleteI'm in denial. Fall leads to winter. I know people are jazzed about the Starbucks pumpkin drinks, though. It's all I hear about from my coffee addicted friends!

DeleteHeehee! We decorated for Halloween yesterday, my husband thinks we are NUTS! It's in the 90s (which is funny since it didn't hit 90 all summer and was unseasonably cool) and does not feel like fall at all, but we're itchin for it, so we decorate!

DeleteWow, those decorations are amazing! There is plenty of chill in the air in the UK, it's around 13 degrees Celsius (55 Fahrenheit) dropping to 9/48 at night. I'd love some warmer temperatures but the crisp leaves and approach of Halloween is thrilling.
