When you travel for races, do you like to explore the town or do you prefer to rest your legs?
Yay!!! I was in one of your vlogs!!!! :-) And we tried to eat at Acme too...line was just way too long. But I've eaten there in the past and it is super yummy!

DeleteWhat a great video! Great tips on running in the rain too. I live to explore, but usually in the general vicinity of where the race is or where i'm staying. I don't like to go too far!

DeleteI guess it is preferable to rest your legs but come on! If you are in a place like New Orleans, how can you not go and explore! It's like going to Disney World and staying in your room all day.

DeleteGood recap of all that is necessary when it rains. I have intentionally run several times in the rain just to get used to it. You never know when you will have a rainy race day!
