2014 Enchanted 10K Vlog

Enchanted 10K Start Line

I really enjoyed capturing moments from the Enchanted 10K on video. As my first Walt Disney World 10K, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Perhaps one of my favorite parts of the race was watching the sun rise from World Showcase.

Interested in seeing the moments I captured on film? Check out this race vlog below!

Do you carry a camera with you/take pictures on your phone when you run races?

  2. Your vlogs are so fun! Personally, the first 3 miles of the 10K in January were extremely boring for us - I think they only had one character out. However, we started in C and it was already crowded. It looks like maybe they worked out a few of the kinks for the Enchanted 10K though! Can't wait to see your video for the half :)

    1. Thanks, Megan! I'm glad some of the kinks were worked out - i can see how that three mile stretch would get boring!

  3. Aww so much fun to relive (Minnie 10K is my case) this course through your vlog! One thing I was a little surprised at were the mile marker signs...they were the same ones used in January. I thought they would be more princessy lol!

    1. That's too funny!! They reused the same markers for the race the following day, too!

  4. I always carry a phone. If I want to be competitive, I only take pics before & after.

    1. Same here with the competitive part. If I'm pushing myself, the camera stays with my husband at the finish line!

  5. I have been enjoying your race vlogs! Why those characters have to take breaks during a race I'll never know. It's not as if they are working an 8 hour shift! For Disney races I always carry a camera or phone, for others not so much ( depending on if there is anything on the course I think I might want to take a picture of)! Good job!

    1. Why thank you! :D I understand the breaks, as long as they have two of every character - if that one character has to take a break, then the second character should be switch out. Oh well...
