Saturday – 6 mile run
Sunday – Rest Day
Monday – 3 miles with Jason
Tuesday – 3 miles total – pushups/squats/lunges/crunches
Wednesday – Rest Day
Thursday – Unplanned rest day
Friday – 3 mile run before work
What a week it’s been! I can honestly say that I’m glad to see the weekend!
Tuesday night’s workout was a tough one! Our coach is out of town this week, so our bridge/boot camp workout was cancelled. In its place, I made up a workout of my own…
- 1 mile run
- Sprint 1 minute followed by 10 pushups – repeat x 1 mile
- 1 mile run
- 60 squats/lunges/crunches
- Total of 3 mile run (see above)
Wednesday and Thursday nights were unplanned rest days – I stayed late at work on Thursday night and only wanted to sleep the rest of the evening. (Guess I needed the rest!)
In other news, Pixie and Madalynn were groomed this week! Poor Madalynn has SO much hair and it’s so thick – the best way for her to stay cool in the summer is to have her shaved.
On Wednesday after work, I met up with these two…I haven’t seen them since last Fall before they went off to college!
I had the privilege of teaching them on Wednesday nights since they were in 4th grade, so it was nice to catch up! They will always hold a special place in my heart! :0)
For sake of randomness….
I might have bought a bag of Mickey shaped Sargento cheese. Whoops.
This weekend, Jason and I are going to an Astros game (first of the season) and we are planning on spending a little time in Houston! Can’t wait to get away and have fun with my love!
