Sole Sister Virtual 7 Miler

Over the past several months, I've enjoyed participating in Gone for a Run's virtual races series! Each race has been so much fun and I've enjoyed the memories made along the way!

Here's a list of Gone for a Run's virtual races I've participated in so far:

• Log Off. Shut Down. Go Run. 10K
• All 4 Run 4 Miler (4th of July themed)
• Road Shark 5 Miler

Up next is their Sole Sister 7 Mile Virtual Race, taking place the weekend of August 28-30th and I'm really looking forward to it!  I'm in a wedding that weekend, so having this race to run will really encourage me to get out and get my long run complete on a different day!

I love the idea behind this race, taken from Gone for a Run's website: You can run this race on your turf on your terms - whether you run the 7 miles solo all in one great run or with your best running friends over two days, its all about the journey of accomplishment and enduring friendships.

Race packets include:

• Race shirt (either a Women's Athletic Tank Top or Unisex Lifestyle Tee)
• Finisher medal
• Real bib (no downloads!)
• For a limited time - early registrants receive a free sole sister shoe lace charm

This race has a $32 entry fee and for a few extra dollars, you can add on a bracelet, car magnets, and more! Click here to register - be sure to do so by August 18th!
