This Wednesday, our Disney Wordless Wednesday topic is Food Favorites (Take 2) at Walt Disney World. Another favorite of ours besides Ohana and delicious quick service options revolves around the Garden Grill...which is also a restaurant that revolves...whomp whomp.
We love the Garden Grill (it's my moms favorite restaurant on property) and we make sure to stop by on each trip! It includes a family style all you can eat menu as well as a visit by Chip and Dale and their friends (Mickey, Pluto, etc). The Garden Grill is located inside of the Land Pavilion in Epcot and serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner!
Host: Deb at Focused on the Magic
Topic: Food Favorites
One word of caution: if you're pregnant and have strong food aversions (like I did to fish), know that tilapia is also a menu item! Be sure to ask them not to bring the tilapia to your table if you don't wish to see it, smell it, or eat it. :)
(A variation of two desserts from two different trips.)

Mackenzie & Corey's Wedding
This weekend, I was involved in one of the cutest weddings ever! It was an outdoor wedding and the bride and her mom paid a ton of attention to detail...I loved it!
It all began with a rehearsal, where we were stuck by a draw bridge! Thankfully, we weren't late!
Following the rehearsal, we had dinner at a local restaurant, complete with personalized menus!
The appetizers consisted of cheese wedges, shrimp, and oysters. I was braved and tried them all, but I wasn't a fan of the oysters. The shrimp and cheese on the other hand were great!
I was brave in another aspect as well - I ordered the FISH as an entree! This was my first time trying fish since my pregnancy and I liked it! Woohoo! (If you read my pregnancy updates, you know that fish was one of my major food aversions...yuck!)
So, the wedding colors were coral and yellow. We all dressed in coral, but not on purpose! Whoops!
Brayden wore an outfit the bride bought for him at Christmas (before he was even born). She was so surprised and excited to see him in her gift! I'm glad it finally fit him and worked for the occasion!
Wedding morning began with Starbucks (of course)!
The bride also gifted us with these adorable robes! I might have worn mine all weekend, too. Whoops.
The wedding was at a cute little chapel in the next town over, so we took a shuttle ride there. Luckily, our church owns a shuttle and the bride's dad is the children's pastor...so it all worked out!
Lace and pearls!
The bride and groom opted to have a "first look" prior to the wedding ceremony. I'd never been involved in one, so I was excited to sneak a peak at this one! So cute!
Yes her wedding was outside...in June...in Southwest Louisiana. However, I loved everything about it and wouldn't change a thing! I also didn't sweat to death like I thought I would! :)
As I mentioned before, the attention to detail at this wedding was amazing! As avid Disney fans, LOTS of hidden Mickey's were placed throughout the ceremony and reception!
One of the bridesmaids might have stolen this Mickey topiary for a few minutes...and I might have chased her around for it.
I'm so making myself one of these!
Iced water was a must for the wedding party! I loved joking with my friend's husband that he was our "errand boy"! Hehe!
Small wedding emergencies call for a needle and thread...thank goodness for the Bride's mom and thinking ahead! Crisis was averted in the end. :)
I loved her guestbook idea! She came over to my house the week of the wedding and we cut these letters out on my silhouette. We also made a sign to go at the road, but I don't have a picture of that one.
Isn't this venue precious? It was so nice and peaceful!
Hidden Mickey! :)
I loved her colors, too! This wedding literally stepped out of the pages of Pinterest!
They signed their marriage license with the Mickey pen and the little box held their wedding rings!
On the way out, we were stopped by the bridge again but it's ok...we were able to enjoy the sunset while waiting!
I might have kept all of my jewelry on for dinner. I'm sure others thought I was crazy but oh well! :)
On our way to dinner, we decided to stop and "decorate" the married couple's vehicle! Fun times!
Our dinner consisted of one of my favorites in town - a messy, sloppy, roast beast poboy. If you're ever in my neck of the woods, let me know and I'll tell you how to get to this place. It's delicious!
I'm so happy for my friends, Mackenzie and Corey and am so grateful they chose me to be a part of their special day! Love you guys....here's to many years of happiness ahead!

Summer Strong with Bob's Red Mill
Recently, I was given the opportunity to try a selection of Bob's Red Mill Protein Powder. I've always been a fan of the Bob's Red Mill brand as I've used a variety of their oats and flours, but I hadn't tried their protein powder until now!
I received a package in the mail that included a large back of vanilla protein powder, several smaller packages of chia, plain, and chocolate protein powder, a mixer bottle, and a recipe insert!
Something I love about Bob's Red Mill is that they produce more than 400 products, including gluten free and certified organic products! They're also the nation's leader in stone milling and are dedicated to producing natural foods in the natural way. They stone grind their grains into flours and meals on over one-hundred-year-old mills. With all of the sophisticated knowledge of recent times, no machinery has yet been developed that grinds grains into flour as well as these slow-turning, flint-hard quartz millstones of the kind used by millers since ancient times. How cool is that?!
With summer weather and this crazy heat upon us, I knew I wanted to try a few of their recipes for a cold beverage on a warm afternoon. I've sampled two recipes so far and can't wait to try more!
These recipes are so easy, too! I just so happened to have ALL of these ingredients on hand, including a ripe Mango from a recent Bountiful Baskets purchase! Yay! Oh yes, I did happen to substitute coconut water for almond milk....but it still tasted great!
I simply added all the ingredients into my Ninja and blended away!
This tasty treat was just what I needed after a warm summer run!
Delicious!
This summer, Bob's Red Mill is hosting a #SummerStrong Challenge that will take place between July 18-23! How are you getting stronger this summer? Head on over to instagram to check it all out!
Also, be sure to check out their website to see all of the products offered through Bob's Red Mill and don't forget to print a coupon!
What's your summer plans for becoming stronger/gaining strength?
I'm still attempting to find a new routine with running on a regular basis after taking a lengthy time off due to pregnancy. I am getting there, slowly but surely!
Disclaimer: I received this product in exchange for my honest opinion and review as a partnership between Sweat Pink and Bob's Red Mill.
