Entry into the pumpkin patch was free and the profit from the pumpkins sold were to benefit a local food bank.
I absolutely LOVED all of the cute little spots for photo ops! There were several photographers out and about taking pictures as well.
I took one of Brayden here and I think it will be fun to compare the pictures from year to year!
He was slightly confused as to what was going on! Hah!
This was a fun experience and I'm so glad that something like this was/is offered here!
So much fun with our little pumpkin!
Overall we had a great time! Brayden loved looking around and taking it all in...I'd say he had a great time, too! :)
Are pumpkin patches popular where you live?
Aww, what a cutie pie in the pumpkins! I think it's great that you'll be doing this for years to come - comparing pictures as he grows is awesome.
ReplyDeleteYeah! I love that idea too!! :)
DeleteYou got some great pics, Karen. The pumpkin patch near our house also has a "How Tall This Fall" ruler. I hope to be able to get to the patch each year to take some fun comparison photos.
ReplyDeleteThanks, Kathryn! Comparison photos from year to year will be a lot of fun to see! :)
DeleteThat pumpkin patch looks amazing! And it's great that they are donating their proceeds. We have a couple patches here but I rarely go. Makes me want to check them out now. :)
ReplyDeleteThanks heather! I loved the "give back" idea, too!
DeleteI know a couple churches in the area sell pumpkins, but they're not really pumpkin patches. I might pick up a pumpkin this weekend when I go to one for early voting. I hope they still have some good ones.
ReplyDeleteWe are going back this weekend so I'm going to purchase one then!
